We take pride in crafting jewelry that stands the test of time. While we’re confident you’ll love your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Eligibility for Refunds

To ensure fairness and protect our craftsmanship, refunds are available under the following conditions: ✔ Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. ✔ Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. ✔ Customized or personalized items are final sale (because they’re made just for you!).

Refund Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Contact us at support@timelessartisanjewelry.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Return Approval: If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  4. Refund Issued: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

To maintain quality and protect our artisans' work, the following cannot be refunded: ❌ Sale items (because a great deal should be final!). ❌ Gift cards or store credits. ❌ Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Damaged or Defective Products?

We stand by our craftsmanship. If an item arrives damaged, send a photo within 5 days and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or full refund.

Exchange Option

Not quite what you expected? Instead of a refund, we offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items so you can find something you truly love!
